Both teams put up a bunch of runs, but Huntley Hitmen 12U fell to Lifezone 360 Warriors 11-7 on Monday.
Huntley Hitmen 12U captured the lead in the first inning. With two outs in the first inning Trent H drove in two runs when he singled.
Lifezone 360 Warriors took the lead for good with four runs in the third inning. In the third Pribel doubled off of Zyon S, driving in one run, Disilvestro singled off of Tyler R, driving in one run, Buehler singled off of Tyler, driving in one run, and a runner stole home.
Lifezone 360 Warriors scored five runs in the fourth inning. The big inning for Lifezone 360 Warriors came thanks to a double by Hogue, a groundout by Massie, a groundout by Disilvestro, and a passed ball.
Huntley Hitmen 12U collected 11 hits. Jeremy J, Zyon, and Ben B each collected multiple hits for Huntley Hitmen 12U. Ben, Zyon, and Jeremy each managed two hits to lead Huntley Hitmen 12U. Lifezone 360 Warriors had 15 hits in the game. J cina, Hogue, Otte, Pribel, and Schuring each collected multiple hits for Lifezone 360 Warriors.

Huntley Hitmen 12U fought back after falling down by six runs in the second inning. The comeback fell just short though, in a 9-8 defeat to Lake County Sidewinders on Sunday. Huntley Hitmen 12U scored four runs in the failed comeback on a error in the fourth, a passed ball in the fourth, and a passed ball in the sixth.

Huntley Hitmen 12U and Marengo Outlaws traded the lead back-and-forth on Sunday, but eventually Huntley Hitmen 12U prevailed 9-5. Huntley Hitmen 12U took the lead for good in the fifth inning. The game was tied at five with Huntley Hitmen 12U batting in the bottom of the fifth when there was an error, scoring one run.
Huntley Hitmen 12U earned the victory despite allowing Marengo Outlaws to score three runs in the fourth inning. Marengo Outlaws’s big inning was driven by a walk by Cassin and a double by Kentgen.

Saturday was a long day for Huntley Hitmen 12U, as it fell to Rockford Machine 17-5.
Rockford Machine captured the lead in the first inning. Riley drove in one when he singled in the first inning.
In the bottom of the first inning, Huntley Hitmen 12U tied things up at three. Trent H grounded out, scoring one run.
Rockford Machine took the lead for good with nine runs in the second inning. In the second Dom doubled off of Nikko E, driving in one run, Jack doubled off of Nikko, driving in one run, Blaise singled off of Nikko, driving in one run, Riley singled off of Nikko, driving in one run, there was an error, scoring three runs, and Nate singled off of Tyler R, driving in one run.
Zyon S went 2-for-2 at the plate as he led the team with two runs batted in.
Rockford Machine collected 14 hits. Riley, Dom, Jack, Aidan, and Nate each collected multiple hits for Rockford Machine.
